She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Nicpon and Evelyn Nicpon (Pelky); her daughter Terry Brown (Weibel); and her sister Elaine Marieb (Nicpon). She is survived by: her husband Charles R. Weibel; her daughter Brenda Hamel (Michael); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Daysh, Sarah Daysh and Delaney Hamel; and her sisters, Marilyn Gawle (Paul) and Susan Koldis (William). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as her dear friends.
Covid protocols will be required.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Rose's memory to the American Cancer Society.
