She is survived by: her former husband Edwin S. Hayes; her husband Carlton C. Kelley; her son David Hayes (Donna); her grandchildren, Karl, Robert Hayes and Susan Martin (Hayes); and her stepchildren, Donald Kelley and Judy Delaney. She is also survived by several step grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
