She was predeceased by: her parents, John McKemmie and Ebba McKemmie (Tidlund); her husband Samuel Micka; her son-in-law Michael Gross; her granddaughter Stephanie Micka; her siblings, Dorothy Bray (Harold), Ruth Miller (Edward), Edith Campbell (Norman), Barbara Jacque (Louis), Janet Fraser (William), John (Grayce), Richard, George and Thomas McKemmie (Catherine); and her siblings-in-law, Francis Downie, Susan Glazier (Orman), Bert Sabo (Charles), Katherine Stiles (Donald), Paul Micka (Mary), Edward Micka (Priscilla), John Kingsbury and Norman Pike.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Smith (William), Margaret LaPalme (Robert), Stephen Micka (Claire Varelas), Sara Gross and Marilyn Pickunka (Thomas); her grandchildren, Heather Wynne (Timothy Durrin), Beth Vettori, Janette Zarotny (Matthew), Melissa Boudreau, Jeremiah Micka (Jessica), Kristin Gross (Maya Kerstetter), Michael Gross, Sean Gross, Jordan Pickunka (Kylie Kolodziej) and Katelyn Pickunka (Indie Guame); her stepgrandchildren, Lindsay Watson (Tanner) and Lauren Brin (Tyler); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Maison, Atticus, Marla, Asher Watson and River Durrin; her sister Virginia Downie of Westfield, MA; and her sisters-in-law, Audrey McKemmie of Greenfield, MA, Anne Kingsbury of Northampton, MA and Christine Pike of Troy, NY. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
