She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry King and Jean King (Crosby); and her husband James Cooper. She is survived by: her son Scott Cooper; her daughter-in-law Kate; her daughter Amy Guyette; her son-in-law Lawrence; her grandchildren, Juniper, Hayden (Kathryn), Nora and Henry; her sister Sue Bradley; and her brother-in-law Howard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and grand-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Linda's name to the First Congregational Church of Southampton.
