He was predeceased by: his parent Amie Beauchemin; his son John Beauchemin; and his brothers, Jean Guy and Noel Beauchemin. He is survived by: his parent Bernadette Beauchemin (Dagenais); his wife Huguette Beauchemin (Toupin); his children, Luke Beauchemin (Sharon) of Westfield and Josee Vaclavicek (Mark) of Southampton; his sister Blandine Seguin of Canada; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Beauchemin, Alex Beauchemin, Jonah Vaclavicek and Matthew Vaclavicek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorial donations may be made to Baystate Hospice, 280 Chestnut St. Springfield, MA 01199.
