Collins; his brother Timothy Collins; his stepmother Karen Collins of Westfield; his stepbrother Sean Hurley of Austin, TX.; his sons, Jacob Collins of Holyoke, Matthew and Michael Collins of Westfield; his stepson Joshua Hebert of Palmer; his nieces, Katherine Fickett (Eric Fickett) and Kimberly Collins; and his nephew Jospeh Collins.
