He was predeceased by: his parent John Molitoris. He is survived by: his parent Mary Molitoris (Hudak); his wife Nancy Molitoris (Outhuse); his children, Steven Molitoris of Guilford, VT, James D. Molitoris (Wendy) of Easthampton and Susan Guertin (William) of Westfield; his siblings, Thomas Molitoris (Joan) of Northampton, Robert Molitoris (Marcella) of Southampton, Edward Molitoris of Stafford Springs, CT and Dorothy Cater of Easthampton; and his grandchildren, Steven Molitoris Jr., James Molitoris Jr. (Clarissa) and Tyler Molitoris.
