He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Spear and Carol Spear (Loretta); and his brother Martin Spear. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Spear (Fleurent); his children, Adam (Candice), Matthew, Jennifer Arris (Daniel) and Amy Medugno (Matthew); his grandchildren, Chance, Faith, Emily, Anna, Clara and Nora; his great grandchild Magnolia; and his siblings, George Spear (Barbara), Christine Jagodowski (Joe), Lorraine Spear and Linda Thouin. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
