He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Kozash and Agnes L. Kozash (Gnatek); and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dodge (Bobbie).
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mitchell Funeral Home (15 Park St, Easthampton, MA 01027). The military honors was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM and at 2:00 PM at the Agawam Veterans Cemetery.
