With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Kaczmarczyk (Easthampton, Massachusetts), who passed away on March 26, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Paul Kaczmarczyk; his daughter Christine Kaczmarczyk; and his sisters, Blanche Renowicz, Helen Ciszewski, Lena Kaczmarczyk, Stasia Kula and Mary Ciszewski.
He is survived by: his parent Katie Kaczmarczyk (Polaski); his children, Paula T. Smith (Edward) and Paul Brian Kaczmarczyk; his grandchildren, Brian Smith (Jennifer) of Easthampton and Tina Smith of Easthampton; and also Smith Jr. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Donations in his memory are requested to the Holyoke Soldiers Home.
