He was predeceased by: his parents, Sherley and Bobbi; his brother Steven; his nephew Shawn; and his brother-in-law Charlie.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughter Jennifer; his grandchildren, Sammi (Zeke) and Charlie; his sisters, Carleen (Tom) and Joanne; his niece Heather (Jonnie); and his nephew Aaron. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
