She was predeceased by: her parents, John Clarke and Mary Carpenter (Connolly); her sister Agnes Oliver; her stepfather Bob Carpenter; and her stepbrother Robert Carpenter.

She is survived by: her husband John J. Norton; her daughter Jessica; her son-in-law Michael; her grandchildren, Ava, Emma, Hannah, Dominic Oliver and Oliver Adkins; her nieces and nephews, John Oliver (Cheryl), John Clarke, Kyle Norton, Gavin Norton, Michael Smith, Katherine Oliver, Meredith Clarke and Lacy Hinkle; her siblings, George Clarke of Quincy and Charlene Carroll of Englewood Florida; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Norton of Nantucket.
