He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gordon Sr. and Loretta Murphy; his wife Ruth Tarrant Murphy; his sons, Clinton (Kelly), Eric and Seth (Heather); his grandchildren, C. J., Jacob, Katelyn, Sophie, Tristan and Aidan; his sibling Patrick Murphy; and his cousin Cindy Huppert. He was also cherished by his kids and grandkids play and grow, but also hosted their birthday parties, their graduations, their christenings, and ad hoc BBQs because his kids.
