He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Ravenelle and Bertha Banville (Ernst); and his brothers, Robert Ravenelle and Lionel "Lenny" Ravenelle. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ravenelle (Isadore); his son Paul Ravenelle; his granddaughter Jennifer Ravenelle; and his niece Debbie Ravenelle. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
