He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Svein Udahl and Grete Udahl of Norway; his spouse Kelly C. Udahl; his children, Elisabeth Udahl of Waltham, Erik P. Udahl of Winthrop and Kristine M. Udahl of East Walpole; his siblings, Dag Udahl (Marit) of Norway, Brede Udahl (Ingvild) of Norway and Hilde Udahl (Lars Thomas) of Norway; his nieces and nephews, Karine (Stian), Mathias, Henrik, Marielle (Mikkel), Jacob, Maren Cecilie and Emilie; and his great-nephew Lucas.
