He was predeceased by: his parents, Venkata Rayalu Thotakura and Sitaramamma Jarubula. He is survived by: his wife Govardhini Pavuluri; his daughter Ridhi Thotakura; and his brothers, Shravan Srinivas Thotakura and Sirish Choudary Jarubula.
