She was predeceased by: her parents, Perley H. Clark and Ida Pugh (Kelly); and her siblings, Phyllis Smith, Robert Clark and Gordon Clark.
She is survived by: her niece Patty. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.
