She is survived by: her parents, Keith R. Philbrook and Susan M. Philbrook (Donnelly) of East Walpole; her siblings, Keith R. Philbrook Jr. (Wendi) of Attleboro and Kristen R. Philbrook of Norwood; her nieces and nephews, Olivia Philbrook of Norwood and Delaney Grace Philbrook of Attleboro; and her aunts and uncles, Kevin Philbrook of Hubbardston, John Donnelly of Jamaica Plain, Nancy Donnelly of Jamaica Plain, Kathleen Donnelly of Jamaica Plain, Margaret Campbell (Kevin) of Dedham, Jerome Donnelly (late Kathleen) of Roslindale, Alan Donnelly (Melissa) of Readville, Maureen Mahoney (Keith) of Dedham and Annmarie Daley (Tom) of Dedham.
