He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Tomm and Mabel Tomm (Gusson); and his siblings, Rose Joseph, Najlae Solomon, James Tomm and Eleanora Tomm.
He is survived by: his sister Joanne Yany; his wife Elizabeth (Betty Mahony); and his children, Joseph F. Tomm (Karen) and Sarah Tomm.
