He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony R. Burch Jr. and Jean Burch (Caramanica). He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Burch (Burnham); his sons, Wayne and Justin Burch; his grandchildren, Kolby, Brendon, Nikolas, Colton, Cheyenne, Morgan, Kylie and Hannah; his sister Lori Botelho (Robert) of Florida; his half-brother Joey Wordell Sr. of East Taunton; and his daughters-in-law, Alyssa and Tiffany Burch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
