He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Smith and Alfrenda Smith (Rosa); and his child Robin Marie Smith. He is survived by: his wife Dorothea M. Smith (Mendes); and his children, Debra Smith of East Taunton, Lawrence Smith (Nancy) of Brockton, Francis Smith (Lynne) of East Taunton, Brian Smith (Fiancèe Denise) and Kevin Smith (Joanie) of Brookline. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
