He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Ragusa and Julia Ragusa (Verdaro); and his daughter Karen Price. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Francis Ragusa of Ipswich, MA and Brian Ragusa of Fuquay-Varina, NC; and his stepchildren, Arnold Arsenault (Ramona) of Sugarland, TX, Wayne Arsenault of Wareham, MA, Madelyn Dias (Bruce) of Taunton and Lance Arsenault (Rhonda) of Blacksburg, VA.. He is also survived by his family and many friends as a loving and devoted husband.
