He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Beatrice LaPointe (Cardin) and Wilfred LaPointe of East Taunton; his daughter Marie Smith (Jeffrey) of Brockton; his stepdaughters, Rebecca Joseph (George) of Norton and Tanya Bejarano (Jose) of Halifax; his grandchildren, Christopher, Jonathan LaPointe, Cierrah Neal, Mandy Smith, Aria, Celia Joseph, Nicholas, Alexander and Summer Bejarano; his siblings, Jean "Queen" Poole and Ronald "Lap" LaPointe; and his nieces and nephews, Kenny, Kevin Poole, Cindy Swisher, Vicki Cappiello and Dena Lavornia.
COVID-19 took the life of Charlotte LaPointe, his wife of 40 years, and now it has claimed his, also.
