He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurencio J. Lobo and Dominga Lobo (Neves); and his siblings, Lawrence Lobo (Jack), Peter Lobo, Dolores Galvin and Mary Lobo-Dorsey.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Lobo (Thomas); his children, Sara B. Lobo, Lucas P. Lobo and Laura A. Lobo; his grandchildren, Zoe M. Suntheimer, Sarah M. Suntheimer, Olivia S. Lobo and Zachary A. Lobo; and his siblings, Carol Lowe, Wayne Lobo, Tim Lobo, Jean Santos, Rose Fernandes, John Lobo, Roberta Lobo, Michael Lobo, Christine Lobo and Franklin Lobo. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
