He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sacco and Celeste Sacco; and his brother Arthur. He is survived by: his siblings, John, Robert and Sandra; his friend Paul; his son Paul; his wife Madelyn Sacco (Brogna); his daughter Dena Sacco; his children-in-law, Dan Rosen and Paula Sacco (DiRocco); his daughter Alexis Sacco; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Felicia, Michael, Ethan, Steven and Matteo. He is also survived by his family around him, and "Papa".
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 5th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home (760 Main St, Winchester, MA 01890). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (20 Follen Rd, Lexington, MA 02421). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the The Tuscan Kitchen (2400 District Ave, Burlington, MA 01803).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Paul's memory to the Paul J. Sacco Hospitality Scholarship, which MLA created in honor of Paul upon his retirement to support high school students entering the hospitality industry.
