Mary (Hayes) Murphy Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2022, at the age of 93, Mary (Hayes) Murphy of East Sandwich, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis "Chris" Murphy; her parents, Michael Hayes and Julia Hayes; and her siblings, Anne Phillips, Sheila Cashman, Winifred "Una" Hayes, Martin, John and Patrick Hayes.
She is survived by: her sisters, Catherine "Sis" Burke of Ireland, Eileen Shaughnessy of Ireland and Bridget "Dee" Gibbons of New Hampshire; her children, Michael Murphy (Susan) of Ashland, Maureen Clancy (Jerome) of East Sandwich and James Murphy (Meg) of Mashpee; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Maura, Jennifer, Kate, Daniel and Michael. She is also survived by seven great- grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
