He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvonne Marie Costello (Bouchard) and Louis Augustus Costello. He is survived by: his wife Joan Costello (Howard) of East Sandwich; his children, Susanne Goldstein (Stefan) of Denver, Colorado, Matthew Costello of Bourne, Massachusetts and Jessica Gumkowski (Brian) of Carlsbad, California.; his grandson Vincent Louis Costello; his pet Evie; and his sister Elaine.
A funeral Mass was held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Parish (324 Quaker Meetinghouse Rd, East Sandwich, MA 02537).
Known affectionately as The Mayor in his Pedaling for Parkinson's community, he was the go-to for advice and encouragement, forever chasing RPMs and inspiring others on their journey.
