William Berselli Obituary
We bid farewell to William Berselli of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 8, 2025 at the age of 77. William touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Theresa Berselli and Frank Berselli; his brothers, Bobby of Virginia and Richie of Belchertown; his brother-in-law Armand Garcia of Suffield, CT; and the mother of his children Susan Berselli of Springfield, MA..
He is survived by: his children, Cheri Ricciardi (Ralph) of East Longmeadow and Jason Berselli of East Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Casey Nicoll of East Longmeadow, Madison McCaffrey of Enfield, CT, Delaney Heath of East Longmeadow, Julianna Berselli of East Longmeadow, Vito Ricciardi, Arianna Ricciardi and Amanda Ricciardi; his stepsons, Daniel, Christopher and Jeffrey Austin; and his sisters, Nancy Alty of West Springfield, Carol Garcia of Enfield, CT and Joanne Lyons of Holyoke. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at the Hillcrest Park Cemetery (895 Parker St, Springfield, MA 01129).
Flowers are welcome, but Cheri will also be collecting donations for a scholarship to NETTS we are setting up in his name, so please reach out to her if you would be interested in donating in lieu of flowers.
