He was predeceased by: his parents, Filippo Vivenzio and Mariangela Vivenzio (Scibelli); his wife Vivien Vivenzio (Brelsford); his son Phillip Vivenzio; and his siblings, Annina Rubinaccio, Elena Destasio, Michael Vivenzio, Angela Graziano and Silvio Vivenzio.
He is survived by: his children, Vincent C. Vivenzio II (Lisa) of Chester, NJ, Alfredo "Fred" Vivenzio of Tiverton, RI, Maria Serafino of Wilbraham and Tina L. Vivenzio of Springfield, MA.; his grandchildren, Alexandria, Cameron, Ian, Spencer, Annabella, Pasquale, Avery and Christano; and his siblings, Lorretta Ford and Alfredo Vivenzio.
