She is survived by: her daughter Laurie T. Chuslo of Vienna, VA.; her siblings, Daniel G. Boucher (Faith) of Westfield and Patricia A. Vyce of Holyoke; her sister-in-law Joanne Boucher of Holyoke; and her grandchildren, Julianna L. Chuslo, Annora Marino and Robert Marino.
In lieu of flowers a tribute donation may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
