She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Tough (Mals) and Gerald E. Tough; her husband Robert J. Skinner; and her siblings, Donald, Gerald P. Tough and Patricia Tough.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna and Susan Skinner of Indian Orchard, MA; her uncle Andrew Mals of Old Saybrook, CT; and her pet Pongo. She is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
