It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth A. Arnold of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 2, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Richard Arnold; her husband Marshall Arnold; her parents, Jacob Meyer Goldfarb and Anna Kagan Goldfarb Meltzer; and her siblings, Milton Goldfarb, Herb Forbes, Rose Abrams and Vivian Franks.
She is survived by: her children, Steven J. Arnold of Maine, David Arnold Ackerman of Boston, Gail Arnold of Worcester and June Aisha Mathews of East Longmeadow. She is also survived by four grandchildren, one great granddaughter, and many nieces and nephews.
