He was predeceased by: his wife Anna Basile (Vona); his parents, Alfonso Basile and Elisabetta Basile (Laudati); his siblings, Luigi Basile, Michela Calabrese (Basile) and Yolanda Buonfiglio (Basile); and his uncle Terigi Basile.
He is survived by: his brother-in-law Gennaro Buonfiglio; his children, Gina Moauro (Michael), Rocco Basile Jr. (Jo-Anne) and Roseann (Ronald); his grandchildren, Michael Moauro (Christine), Matthew Moauro (Tara) and Sara Rosen (Maxwell); and his great grandchildren, Tyler and Mason Moauro. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028).
