He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Allan and Isabella Allan (Bridgeford); his daughter Lynda DeMaio; his sister Jane Bailey; his brother-in-law Reverend Richard Bailey; and his son-in-law James DeMaio.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy J. Allan (Oliver); his children, Cynthia Durham (John), Joel R. Allan (Sheri) of North Carolina and Wendy Lerette (Jason) of Stafford Springs, CT; his grandchildren, Jessica DeMaio, Jeremy Durham, Josiah Durham, Amber DeMaio, Nicole Lerette, Kristina Lerette and Gisele Allan; and his great grandchildren, Logan Durham and Khaleesi Melero.
