It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert W Benns of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, born in Buffalo, New York, who passed away on June 25, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Benns and Dorothy Benns (Landell); his wife Marjorie A. Benns (Borghi); and his brothers, Eddie and George Benns.
He is survived by: his children, Theresa Moreau (Gary) of Ludlow, Gloria Molinari (David) of East Longmeadow, Gigi Trombley (Robert) of East Longmeadow, Lawrence Green of Springfield, Tami Scott (Robert) of Beckett, MA., Robert Benns (Maryanne) of Chicopee and Tina Green of Greenfield, MA.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
Donations can be made to the Dakin Humane Society or Shriners Hospital in Springfield, MA. Flowers will be donated to the Chestnut Hill Residence after the ceremony.
