Mary Capuano Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Capuano (East Longmeadow, Massachusetts), who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Crawford and Margaret Crawford (Donaghy); her husband Carmine Anthony Capuano; and her brother Samuel Crawford. She is survived by: her children, Carmine S. Capuano of Springfield, Antoinette Basile (Tony) of Longmeadow and Margaret Capuano (Tom Kennedy) of East Longmeadow; her brother Frank Capuano (Kathy) of West Springfield; her sister-in-law Sandra Capuano of Michigan; and her granddaughter Ava Basile of Longmeadow. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral Home (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the TBD Forastiere Smith Funeral Home (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028).
Memorial contributions may be made in Mary's name to Shriners Hospital for Children 516 Carew St. Springfield, MA 01104.
