In loving memory of Mark DeBlok of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, who departed this world on January 24, 2025 at the age of 62. Mark leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Gerard and Simone; his wife Nancy (Lulis); his sons, Joshua and Adam; his grandchildren, Madison Nitri and Jaycen; his siblings, Mitchell, Monique Yergeau, Marcia Devenitch and Melissa; and his pet Louie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, along with his family.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral & Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 8:45 AM and from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
