She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Samay; her husband George F. Guyer, Jr.; and her brother Robert Samay. She is survived by: her children, Scott Guyer (Doretta) of East Longmeadow, Lynn Docherty of San Antonio, TX and Kristin Carllo (Brian) of Somers, CT; and her siblings, Richard E. Samay (Elizabeth) of Springfield, Carol Perella of Southwick and Gail Butler (Warren) of Springfield. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
