We are sad to announce that on April 4, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Janet Fontaine of East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlo Tranghese and Paolina Tranghese (Scibelli); her son-in-law Stephen O'Shea; and her brothers, Salvatore, Louis, John and Carlo Tranghese.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Fontaine; her children, Dina O'Shea, Kyle Whitney and Peter Whitney (Kathleen); her stepchildren, Laura Fontaine, Sue Schreiber (Bob), Jackie Scoville (Tom) and Cathy Boylan; and her brother Albert Tranghese (Carol). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Memorial donations in her honor may be made to St, Jude Children's Research Hospital.
