He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Manuel Rodriguez and Julia Lopez. He is survived by: his wife Yaitza Figueroa Vasquez; his children, Walber Borrego, Emelene St. Amand, Harry John Rodriguez, Angeline Rodriguez, Gabriel F. Rodriguez, Harrison D. Rodriguez and Luis J. Torres; his grandchild Metrocare; and his pets, Tina Rodriguez Figueroa, Lio and Nikolo Russo De Rodriguez.
