He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Kelley and Mary Kelley; and his siblings, Bill, Glenn, Michael Kelley, Charles Kelley (Jackie), Marlene Moushegian, Dorothy Bush, Ida Mae Rodgers and Mary Kelley.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Kelley (Jill) of Somers, CT and Kimberly Masterson (Shawn) of Cranston, RI; his grandchildren, Victoria Felix, Luke, Rocco, Sofie Kelley, Kiera and Shea Masterson; his great grandchild Leo Kelley; and his friend Teresa Doohan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
