He was predeceased by: his siblings, Robert "Larry" Milliken and Carlyne Milliken. He is survived by: his wife Deborah J. Milliken (Warner); his children, Jennifer, Dennis Olisky Jr., Glenn Milliken and Kevin Milliken (Amanda); his grandchildren, Olivia, Tyler, Madalynn and Dennis; and his siblings, Stephen, Lisa Milliken, Paul, Donna Milliken and Jimena Milliken.
