He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Nancy Edmondson and Patricia Groby; and his aunts, Kathie Rustan and Janie Oxley. He is survived by: his parents, Howard A. Ray and Kellye F. Ray (Edmonson); his wife Marie Despotakis; his pets, Lola, Louie and Lemon; his brothers, Michael Petaway and Kirby Ray; his grandfather Bob Edmonson; his aunts and uncles, Sallye, Jim Stevenson, Robin Meadows (Leroy Adams), Dana, Joe Owens, Dawn Edmonson and Larry Rustan; his parents-in-law, Janice and George Despotakis; his sister-in-law Joanna Despotakis; and his grandparents-in-law, Francene, Henry Flesch and Toula Despotakis. He is also survived by many loving cousins and extended family.
