Blazejowski McMahon (Garatti); his stepchildren, Sara Robitaille (Keith) of Chicopee and Paul Blazejowski (Becca) of Southampton; his stepgrandchildren, Nathan, Cole and Morgan; and his siblings, Brian McMahon (Valerie) of California, Michael McMahon (Kim) of California, Patty Howerter of South Carolina, Tommy McMahon (Elise) of South Carolina, Mary Squires (Tony) of Vermont and Sheila McMahon (Jon) of Worcester.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to a charity of the donor's choice.
