He was predeceased by: his parents, Pasquale Capuano and Maria Capuano (Ciuffreda); his siblings, Joseph, Dominick, Pasquale, Michelina Fortune, Raffaela Krasnovsky, Antoinette Parsons, Nancy LaLiberte, Annie McCutcheon, Connie Miller and Marie Capuano; his uncle Frank; and his aunt Connie Galli (Ciuffreda).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Capuano (Crawford); his children, Carmine S. Capuano of Springfield, Antoinette Basile (Tony) of Longmeadow and Margaret Capuano (Tom Kennedy) of East Longmeadow; his siblings, Frank Capuano (Kathy) and Sandra Capuano of Lincoln Park, MI; his godchildren, Marc Calvanese and Chris Capuano; his granddaughter Ava Basile of Longmeadow; and his friend Kevin Murdock. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins he loved.
