He is survived by: his wife Lynne (Healy); his children, Jared Manley and Marilyn Davis (Jason); his grandsons, Ben and Rowan Davis; and his siblings, Martin D. Manley, James P. Manley, Timothy E. Manley, John P. "Jack" Manley and Mary Anne Mont. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, his loving in-laws and friends.
