It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Chouinard (East Freetown, Massachusetts), who passed away on December 16, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Joan Martel; and his uncle Roland. He is survived by: his wife Helena D. Chouinard (Dumont); his children, Audra A. Lewis (Jason), Heath P. Chouinard (Melissa), Kurt D. Chouinard (Jayne) and Sarah J. Girouard (Michael); his grandchildren, Jacob, Luc, Aiden, Delaney, Holley, Lily, Christian, Zachary, Sophia and Gabriel; his siblings, Paul Chouinard (Jeannine), Simmone Furtado and Donald Chouinard; and his aunt Bertha Chouinard (McCarthy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
