He is survived by: his wife Patricia Goulart (Medeiros); his children, Tiffany Goulart of Port Charlotte, FL and Ronald Goulart of East Falmouth; his stepchildren, Kelly Grace of Falmouth, Jessica Berrios of Mashpee and Jonathan Berrios of East Falmouth; his siblings, Vivian Kersey, Richard and Donald Goulart; his grandchildren, Justine and Justin; and his stepgrandchildren, Maryjane, Hayden, Jonah and Lola. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
