She is survived by: her husband Gershon Brody (Jerry); her son Mitchell (Mitch); her granddaughter Hannah Brody; her sister Eileen Prichep (Harvey Beram); her nieces, Bonnie Leach (Jim) and Deena Prichep (Bengt Halvorson); her great-nephew Spencer Leach; her great-nieces, Charlotte Leach and Odessa Prichep Halvorson; and her cousins, Lou Woolf (Janice), Carol Berkson, Marlene Wiener and Neil Lichtman.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery (1390 Main St, Agawam, MA 01001).
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Alzheimer's Association (https://www.alz.org) or to a charity of one's choice in memory of Rita would be appreciated, reflecting her spirit of generosity and community support.
