He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Knettle and Leona Knettle (Osherhoski); his siblings, Glen Jack, William Knettle, Kathy Jameson and Renee Knettle; and his grandson Rudy Levine.

He is survived by: his wife Alice Jack (Kennedy) of East Falmouth, MA; his children, Celina Pearson of Clermont, FL, Raymond Jack, Jr. (Hollie) of Virginia Beach, VA, Crystal Levine (Rudy) of Grimsley, TN, Scott Jack (Dawn) of Cape May, NJ and Amy Trevino of Pittsburgh, PA; his stepsons, Bryan Werner of Vienna, VA and Tim Werner of East Falmouth, MA; and his siblings, Wesley Knettle, Doug Jack and Catherine Cheek (Randy). He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; as well as extended family members and nieces.
